CNC MILLING

Machining – CNC milling centre for complex & technically demanding industrial parts, made of different material types suitable for all purposes. Milling can be used for machining of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, industrial plastics, casting, forged steel and other.

CNC machining centre HAAS TM-3P is used for milling services up to 1000 x 500 x 400 mm for a single product or mass production.





CNC TURNING

4 CNC machining centres for milling and turning in single cycle (DOOSAN LYNX 220 LSY, INDEX GSC 30, INDEX GS 30 i TRAUB TND 360). Driving tools on two revolvers enable turning and milling in single cycle using two spindles (C, Y & B axis). Multi axis CNC turning centre for simple & complex parts, very precise and demanding products made of different material types (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, industrial plastics, and other). CNC turning is used for a single product or mass production for extra small to small and medium sized parts. Very productive cycles, lower service price and decreased possibility for error represent a prerequisite for satisfied customers.



CNC BENDING & SHEET METAL MACHINING

New CNC bending machine/servo-electric press for precise bending of different sheet metal thicknesses in varying bend angles and bending radius. Bending is performed using standard or custom-made tools. Maximum bending length 3000 mm (100 t) for all metal types (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper). Bending service could be provided with or without the raw material. Possibility of outsourcing sheet metal and tube laser cutting services. Sheet metal machining includes cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing etc.
